This $40 Sweatsuit Has Outlasted Every Piece of Clothing in My Toddler’s Closet
If I could just have a Superman-style closet stocked with uniforms for my toddler, I would. And if I did, it would be filled with sweatsuits from Young Days.
I received the Helsinki Shirt and Stockholm Sweatpants from this family-owned brand in January of 2024, right before my son turned 2. It is now March of 2025, he’s 3, and he still fits in this sweatsuit. (Don’t worry, our pediatrician says his physical development is right on track.) Impossibly, this sweatsuit has grown with him.
While $40 might seem like a lot for a baby outfit — or maybe it doesn’t, I don’t know your income level, Richie Rich — it’s worth an entire box of clothing of lesser quality. Made of a blend of recycled polyester, rayon, and spandex, this set is lightweight, breathable, and flexible.

It’s perfect to wear during his trips to the lil’ baby gym, but I also toss it on him to run errands. Spills? No problem, plop it in the wash. I’ve washed ours probably 50 times at this point and it looks the same as it did the day it arrived. My son has worn it, slept in it, then worn it again the next day. Is that weird? Maybe. It was clean (enough).
We have the Palace Blue/Aquifer set — I’ve been told it makes his eyes pop, NBD — but all of the colors are cute. You can shop the shirt and sweatpant separately, or buy the set. Just a heads up, the Tofu/Cream Tan doesn’t come as a set, which is why all the products are listed separately below. You’re welcome.
